TANA KELLEY: ANCHOR/REPORTER
Engaging our world one story at a time
MY BIO
Straight to the Source
A story is brought to life by the people who tell it, who have lived it, who have dealt with it. It is my honor to talk to those people and accurately portray their narratives on a multitude of platforms.

I've worked in 6 different states, marking the subtle cultural differences in each and learning how to best tell a story for the community to engage with. I've covered everything from the Concerned Student 1950 hunger strike calling for systemic change at the University of Missouri, to the investigation of an officer-involved killing of an unarmed black man in South Bend, to a mass shooting at a Fed-Ex warehouse in Indianapolis.

I currently work as a morning anchor for Wake Up Montana and Good Day Spokane broadcasting to parts of 5 different states. Previously, I was a reporter and weekend anchor at KHQ Local News in Spokane, Washington. Before that, I worked for ABC57 News in South Bend, Indiana. In school, I was also able to work as a reporter, anchor, and live operator for KOMU, an NBC affiliate connected to the University of Missouri - Columbia.

While I got my degree in convergence journalism, I minored in political science to better understand our legislative system and enhance my reporting.
If you have any questions or want to get in contact with me, I am available anytime. If you do not reach me right away, I will get back to you within 24 hours.
